We aim to provide our country with systems that provide accurate, precise, and reliable results using methods determined in line with customer requests, in accordance with accepted scientific criteria, and, if applicable, national and international standards. • To develop laboratory systems; We undertake that we will offer reliable devices at affordable prices, • We will increase customer satisfaction by taking customer demands into consideration, evaluating them and carrying out remedial activities, • As management and employees, we will establish quality service awareness in all units and ensure the participation of employees in quality improvement activities by creating training programs, • In laboratory services, we will display a friendly, polite and disciplined working style in accordance with the principles of Laboratory Safety, with always clean and well-groomed personnel; • We will provide top-level service in Technical Service, Application and after-sales operations with well-trained personnel, • We will carry out all maintenance of the systems we have installed fully and completely. • We will provide services in accordance with TSE and ISO quality standards. • We will not operate in the light of competence and scientific working methods regarding the laboratory service activities we have performed.
